Reid Telesys Communications is a customer focused telecommunications company based in Fort Washington, Md. We specialize in Avaya Communications Systems and products and service the Washington DC and Baltimore metropolitan areas. A small family owned business, our emphasis is on forming long lasting partnerships with our customers and a stress free experience when dealing with telecommunication projects. Our owner, Larry Reid spent 35 years with Avaya as a Senior Technician before setting out to create a company that would better serve the smaller businesses in the Washington DC area. He has serviced many business telephone systems in DC, MD and VA and was always recognized for his dedication to customer service. This same dedication is emphasized to our technicians before we dispatch them to your business.
